Lotsa Helping Hands

Everyone goes through a rough patch, but they don’t have to do it alone. Lotsa Helping Hands is the program we use to support our Temple families who are going through a hard time, such as a health crisis (but not only!), by providing dinners for a limited amount of time. If you wish to participate by making and delivering a meal, please email Gali Levkovitz at [email protected].

100 Women Who Care-5:30pm new member registration; 6:00pm meeting begins

Now in our 4th year at Temple Beth Am…..

100 Women Who Care invites YOU to join our group.

In one hour, we hear about 3 local charities and choose one to receive our donation of $10,000.
Each member donates $100 to the charity we select.

100 Women Who Care is a national organization dedicated to supporting local charities through
increased awareness and cash donations.

HaMakom Trick or Treat for Tzedakah

HaMakom will not be holding classes Halloween evening so you can safely trick-or-treat with your friends and family. In lieu of school, we will be Trick-or-Treating for Tzedakah. The mitzvah of Tzedakah is an important part of understanding Jewish values and putting them into action; our students will donate a portion of their candy to children who are unable to trick-or-treat themselves.

We will be at Egret Landing beginning at 5:30pm greeting everyone, handing out hot cocoa, and collecting candy to donate.
