Welcome Letter from Alissa Frankel

HaMakom means “the place” and HaMakom at Temple Beth Am is the place to be for Religious School and youth groups. Our tagline is “learn Jewish, live Jewish” and we continuously strive to bring Judaism to life for our students and their parents through innovative experiences of learning and engagement.

You are encouraged to come visit us at Temple Beth Am and see what we are all about! We have a wonderful learning community with many new and exciting programs each year. At HaMakom, we offer weekly enrichments, family programs, interactive Shabbat programming, weekly Tefillah, and more. In the classrooms, teachers engage with their students to study Hebrew, prayers, Jewish values, holidays, Israel, and bible stories.

In addition to our Religious School, we offer youth group programming for 3rd – 12thgrade. These programs are designed to provide our kids with the opportunity to form friendships in a fun and safe environment that will foster their connection to Judaism and their community. Events occur throughout the year at the Temple and throughout the community.

We are always here to welcome new families to our congregation. If you or someone you know may be interested in checking us out, I would love to be in touch with them about our wonderful programs and learning opportunities. Please feel free to contact me at 561.747.1109 or via e-mail at [email protected]. I look forward to another great year ahead with you and your family.
