Menu will include: Spanokopita, vegetarian eggplant "meatballs" with marinara sauce, fusilli pasta with fresh parsley, roasted vegetables, grape leaves, hummus, and pita bread, and seasonal salad with artichoke hearts, red onion, cucumber, roasted red pepper, and lemon oregano vinaigrette.
