The Mishpacha Center at Temple Beth Am is an inviting place where families come together, form friendships and celebrate a Jewish Lifestyle. This Family Center at Temple Beth Am is designed to educate, strengthen and support the diverse families in our Northern Palm Beach Jewish Community. We welcome you and your family to our Center, to our Jewish Community, to our family!

We offer many different classes, programs and special activities for families. These programs enrich the development of young children, while providing parents with educational, social and spiritual connections as well as opportunities to form lifelong friendships. The Mishpacha Center offers families the tools to help them to create a Jewish Home.

FREE TRIAL CLASSES AUGUST 23^RD – 27^TH

Fall Classes begin August 23^rd and run through December 17^th

(Fall Classes will run for 13 weeks, with NO Classes September 6^th-10^th & November 22^nd-26^th)

Mondays

Mommy & Me: 9:30 - 10:15 am

Creative Movement & Gym Time

Instructor: Yael Lawrence *3 months through 3 years old

A fun filled class with safe and active play including music & rhythms, crawling, running, climbing & jumping in an energetic atmosphere! (cost: $15/class or $150 for the 13 week session)

Support Group for Parents 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

of Children with Asperger’s Syndrome *NEW DAY & TIME*

Group Leaders: Veronica Lichtenstein, MHC graduate student & Karyn Baumgartner, LCSW

This 5 week support group will run August 23^rd – September27^th. The group is an opportunity to receive support from other parents with similar issues and exchange resources, while focusing on the stressors and challenges of raising kids in this unique population. Please bring a bagged lunch!

(cost: $75 for 5 week session – There will be no group on Monday 9/6)

Tuesdays

Music Together 9:30-10:15 am

Instructor: Kathy Cross (through 3 years old)

Fall Class Dates To Be Announced

Thursdays

Creative Play & Story Time 11:00 – 11:30 am

Instructor: Yael Lawrence *3 months and up

Children will participate in stories, songs and creative play on a weekly basis. (cost: $5/class)

Fridays

Mommy & Me Shabbat Celebration 9:15-10:15 am

Instructor: Yael Lawrence *3 months through 3 years old

Learn about Shabbat, Jewish traditions & holidays, while enjoying songs, stories, crafts & free play.

(cost: $15/class or $150 for the 13 week session)
